Exactly, the lemon law is similar to that moss whatever act people use for aftermarket parts. The lemon is great to protect the consumer, but you, the consumer, must provide everything and prove the faults. I have yet to ever have to use it, but I know there are loopholes for the manufacture to screw you.

Example I know:
~Person bought a computer and had the laptop repaired 4 times, state says 3 is the limit and you are eligible for a replacement, and all 4 repairs were for the same issue. The company, we will call them Better Buy (tough one to figure out), filled out the repair under two different ID numbers, so the person ended up with 2 repairs and then another 2 repairs. Company took it and won because it "the person only received 2 repairs for the issue."
