Default Question about G37S and 370Z comparisons, complaints

I was considering a G37S coupe and now a 370Z. I've done months of research and have driven both. But the questions I have are about 2 common complaints that owners have on each car, but they're not the same complaints between the 2. This includes reviews, not all just owner complaints.

Ok, first I hear G37 owners complain about the hard clutch yet Z owners complain about the opposite due to the helper spring. Not the same between the 2 cars? I drove a 6spd Z and the clutch was easy.

Second, I hear Z owners complain about the engine and drivetrain vibration at higher RPMs which I experienced on a 27k mile Z sport this past weekend, not very smooth. Including vibration through the shift knob. Yet I don't hear G owners complain about this. Difference? Hydraulic motor mounts? I've owned 5 Zs over the past 20 years including 2 TTs and they had hydraulic motor mounts. Does the Z34 not have these?
