It depends.

If you want factory settings and you drop the car you will 100% need camber kits. If you don't drop and leave it factory height or near factory you could get away with OEM stuff and still be in spec.

If you bought coilovers for the right reason (for what they were intended) then you will lower and be 100% out of spec. However OEM spec sucks azz as a proper setup!! You could get lucky and lower and be at a perfect setup for what coilovers were intended (kind of a race setup).

It all depends on your final goals. I will say this though...the left and right side normally never match so one way or another you will need everything so everything is even and set properly.
