Both made by Vibrant (made in china) the 12" is a 9.5" resonator section and the 18" is 15.5" section. The 18" resonators I bought made my CBE sound amazing! When cold there was to much rasp, with the 18's its perfect no matter the rpm, temp, weather, etc! They did quite it way down though! Hopefully long tube headers will make it loud again!
