I checked with the technician that was working on your car on Saturday and he assured me that he did put full synthetic oil in your vehicle (which is in 55gal drums out in the shop). I have talked to the Service Director, Clint Givens, and he is aware of your concern. When would you be able to bring it back in so we can address your alignment issue.
