Uninstall the Injens, and take out the tubes, they're probably wet, your MAFs are probably wet and same with your filters, then clean and dry all of them and reinstall, you should be good to go

Since you got the MAF out might as well clean it as well with some MAF Sensor Cleaner. Should also help dry up any left over water that may be hiding in it.

EDIT: Side note, buy a Curb Bridge

Popular choice seems to be bridjit
Thanks guys. I took de50's advice and just took the whole intake off to make sure everything is dry. I also bought some MAF cleaner to make sure that's also clean and dry. But I may have found the actual culprit of the problem while I was removing the intake.

I'm really curious as to how this could break. Any ideas?

I'm currently trying to find the part # so i can buy it and install it and see if thats the fix. I will most likely sell the intake, and wont put any long tube CAI's in any of my cars from now on. (unless its the stillen G3's lol they sit in a way better location) I'll keep you guys updated
