645cc is TOO small. Use that fuel calculator I sent you. To run your injectors at a safe duty cycle for 500whp 1000cc is recommended. I know many people will say my statement is false but talk to Phunk he will tell you the same. Everyone thinks my fuel build is overkill size wise but it isn't for E85.
