Yes, 15 is grounded. I have it running to the back of my radio harness then up to the body ground. It's basically a 3-way splice.

When I try to program the Axxess (holding Up arrow after reset), instead of going to a solid Red mode, it goes solid Green. At this point the radio starts going beeping constantly as though the SWC is sending a non-stop signal.

I can't get it to work and it's driving me crazy.
