I don't see that making more than a negligible difference. You've still got the intakes pulling under hood air. Some ducting and heat shields are your only option to cut down on the hot air you're pulling in, but there's only so much that can be done with the filters in the engine bay.

hhhmmm ill have to think of something, but in the end you're right, heat shields and relocating the filters wouldnt make too big of a difference unless i relocated the filters outside of the hood
