So, I have been doing some more learning.

This is what I came up with.

For a front rim which is 0.5" narrower/2 = 0.25" = 0.635 mm.

To equal the number of mm the wheel would stick out for a 9" rim versus a 9.5" front rim, the numbers should look like this.

Mild- 20x9(+16) 20x10.5(+22)
Aggressive 20x9(+12) 20x10.5(+0)
Very Aggressive 20x9(+6) 20x10.5(-5)

Correct?
