I did not check out the photo before my first answer. The red circle doesn't show up in the thumbnail. Sorry about that.

You are looking at a combination fuse (two of more fuses in one unit). A quick look at mine ('09 Touring) tells me that you do NOT want to remove the unit as it also powers a couple of other things - radiator fan and ignition switch (see diagram molded into fuse block cover). You may be able to replace the other two fuses with "standard" fuses, but that's just a guess.
