Warranty is one of those funky issues, no your warranty is not technically voided, but Nissan is of course not going to warranty the new exhaust. Now the only thing they can do is if the part you added/changed causes the problem then they can void that part of the warranty and charge you to fix it.
Emissions I am clueless on, live in Texas and they really do not care what we do.
