OP

#1 You are going to want to run new speaker wire to everything to bypass the factory crossovers and make installation much simpler.

#2. As said the more speakers you have the less each one will get, I'd recommend running a 2 way COMPONENT set.

#3 Yes your stock head unit is probably putting out around 9-15 watts at best, a new head unit will at least do 22 watts and a new amp will do anywhere between 50-150 and beyond.

Your going to hear a bit better highs but your mids and lows will diminish a lot. I recommend running a new head unit and or amp.
