No,don't put "Run-flat" tyres,it is very heavy,can cause the car runs slower,drinks more fuel,also the ride will be even harsher due to stiff sidewall,also more expensive,that's why many BMW owners change to normal 'tubeless' tires..when their 'Run-flat' are due to change.
