Well, can't exactly speak to the 34 row, but I just installed the Z1 25 row kit. I only had to drill a small hole (3/8" I think) in the center support for the upper bracket, and trimmed a bit of the hard plastic frame on the passenger side of the radiator by the windshield fluid bottle for cooler line routing. I also did need to slightly modify one of the bracket mounting holes supplied by Z1 to get the hole to line up with the factory hole in the lower plastic support.

All in all, an easy job. The most frustration may be in finding the best route for your cooler lines, depending on the year of your Z.

Good luck!

Edit: I noticed from your sig that your Z is a 2010. Since you don't have the factory oil cooler, your sandwich plate install will be much easier than mine was. It's tight with 2012's! Also, I don't want to stop you from going with the 34 row, but If you're not going to track the car much, the 25 row might be a better choice for the colder months. I have similar weather here (minus the humidity...), and I have trouble getting my oil temps up in the winter without a blocking plate, especially around town, short drives. I got 15-20 degree drops so far with the 25 row. Haven't tracked it yet though..
