I'd spend some serious money upgrading my garage (lift, more space, tools, &c) and start collecting old American muscle cars ('60s Mustangs, Camaros, Chargers, &c). Might even get a few 240-280s.

I'd still keep the 370Z - I love the classics but they just don't drive like a modern car and it's getting hard to find 8-track tapes.
