Default

The first thing to do would be to take them out and see what is behind them area wise.
Then you have to determine if you can pipe air through it and get it to flow properly to the brakes. If not you can always take them out and have them pump air into the area and vent the fender liner, put an oil cooler off to the side to maximize air flow to the radiator & other coolers.

Without doing any work you might check to see in the manual if there is a break down of the new front bumper and see if the diagram has any detail pictures.
