Thats a good price IMO. I just got my NISMO w/ bose and kickplates for $43k, before taxes and registration. I tried to talk them down for 45 minutes, but they showed me the invoice, and it cost them a little under $43k. They ended up giving me an extra $1k on my trade in to compensate, but wouldn't budge on the price after talking them down from the origional price of $47k (which was bogus).

I origionally didn't want the bose, as I plan on doing and after-market sound system, but for my situation, I just opted for the one on the showroom floor. Mainly because I'm not in a position to wait the 2-3 months to get one ordered, and aside from the bose, this car was exactly what I was looking for. A good resource is edmunds.com and KBB true market value. I went in there with a print out of each, and both sites said that with bose $43k is TMV and is what most people in my zip code were paying for that car.
