The first Oil Change should be free anyways - so don't let them conn you into thinking you are getting something free when they owe it to you. At least, they did not GOUGE your paint to put their stupid decal on there like they did on mine...
Made them pay thru the nose for it after they fixed it. I got Z Tee Shirts, Z Hats
and quite a few other freebie little parts...
