Ron,

No problem. There are 5 steps of adjustment for the dampening setting. Ride height is adjustable via the piston casing. You can also adjust pre-load via the spring seat. This way stroke will not be affected in an undesired fashion during adjustments (corner balancing, etc).

The range of height adjustment varies upon on your mount type. The coilovers are offered with either traditional rubber mounts or pillowball mounts. The rubber mount variant allows a maximum height reduction of -30mm in the front and -40mm in the rear (-1.2"/-1.6"). With pillowball mounts your maximum adjustment is -25mm in the front and -40mm in the rear (-1"/-1.6").

If you rarely track the car I would recommend rubber mounts as they will dampen the feedback from the road surface a bit. Pillowball mounts will feel better under spirited or race conditions however due to the lack of play in the assembly producing a tighter and more precise feel overall.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you,
Steven Watson
