My god what a painful thread! Obviously, there needs to be testing before Z's are simply handed out to the public. 
Scratch on that part? Get used to it. Best fix is to take a piece of 3000 grit sandpaper and simply sand it smooth.
Repeat process next week once you scrape it again.
