Default DIY brake check

Can anyone tell/show me what is good and bad rotar and Pad thickness for my 2012 Sport 370z? What kind of thickness would tell me that I need to replace either or both (rotors/pads). Also, do I need to replace front and back at the same time on this car?

Never been tracked, 19k miles, only limited street spirited driving, but this is my daily driver and I sit in lots of stop/go traffic, for hours some times. Im more than likely going to replace the pads and rotors
Recommendations for on new pads/rotors for street?
