I don't have any issue with vehicles park at Eden Center, I know entire parking lot lay out, I always park in 15 min parking zone is wider parking space than the rest of regular parking spot which I usually parked there for hours and never really have issue with vehicle park too close to my car. I never had issue with Falls Church police patrol the parking lot at Eden Center.
Other than that, as for parking in empty wide open parking lot, it usually best to decide to park where it far from shopping center entrances where vehicle come in and out. Yeah I agreed with the drivers that cut across the lot. I enjoy walking in wide open, it a good work out
