Default Toe bolts more important than camber arms?

So I just got swifts installed on the 370z and the shop said I should for certain buy at least the SPC toe bolts since toe affects tire wear more than anything. I though on the forum that with the swift drop nothing is necessary to get my alignment close to normal. Doing research just now I see that it seems that rear toe bolts are not necessary because the factory adjustment is enough to get it to normal? I'm now confused and want to make sure I don't buy something I don't need if I'm able to get alignment close to normal w/o. What would you guys really recommend with a swift drop? If I go with rear camber arms is it not necessary to get toe bolts also? will the rear camber arms also be able to adjust toe?

EDIT: also, is this kit http://www.zspeedperformance.com/SPC...7-spc72265.htm

the same as this one? http://www.kamispeed.com/SPC-Rear-Ca...FYxaMgodEToAbg

because if it is ill be all over the 1st, crazy cheap price.
