Hey,
Unfortunately those will need a set of gaskets. The 350Z used a gasket from the factory similar to the one we had custom made for the 370Z.
You would need to pick up a pair of these for the momentum headers because we don't include them since the 350Z came with them stock.
OEM 350Z / G35 Exhaust Gasket (Manifold to Cat)
Sorry it's a little complicated for momentum header use.
