I'm dropped on swifts and I can clear every nondemon speed bump I've encountered.
There have been a couple that would've been hard to clear stock, but those were avoidable.

I've scraped once on my driveway, where the drive was very concave, just wasn't paying attention.

However, I never scrape on a backroad, even ones with reallllly funky turns hills. One has a micro version of the corkscrew at LS. Even though it feel like i'd scrape at the bottom transition, I always clear it. Now, much more of a drop, and I'd have to take the turn slowly.

IMO 1-1.5 inches will be the limit for driving and braking hard around places. Much lower and you'd have to really think about scraping everywhere.
