We can't afford moving, and we'd be losing money on the house anyway - haven't even been here 4 years...
I'm thinking we're gonna need a minimum of 2-3 years to fix up the house nicer than when we bought it, figure out where my salary is going end up (since I'm more or less on my own now), and for the market to be where we want it.
