SSR SP3s faces are top mounted. You can pull the face out without having to disassemble the barrels. However, the barrels are welded together as a safety precaution(strength and to prevent leaking) once everything is bolted together and then the silicone is applied.

They don't sell the hardware separately and the hardware is a pretty unique size, so be careful taking them apart. SSR doesn't recommend taking the wheels apart because again, this is a safety concern. They wouldn't want anything to happen as a result of them being re-assembled incorrectly. SSR does offer some different colors that they can do for you when the wheel is being ordered.
