I wouldn't touch first two model years of this car though! Way too many changes that haven't stood test of time with general public. I suspect there will be issues. The C6 was a brand new architecture and I don't recall them having any major issues at all. Same thing with the Z06s, all model years were pretty much issue free from the research I did when thinking about buying them. While it's always safer to wait, I don't think there will be much to worry about.

The real reason to wait would be if you're interested in the next gen Z06
