Thanks for all the helpful advice. I'm very open to any feedback and I agree at the end of the day as fun as it is to drive fast, my biggest concern is to have a car to drive back home with.

What's an EZ-Up by the way? Is it a tent thingy?
At Laguna you will want to put more bump up front. Braking into 2, 5, 7 car will want to nose down at high speed and take weight off back.
