Well no exhaust leak, no vacuum leaks, still a mystery! Gotta get this sorted out since I have a turbo install coming up soon. Will keep everyone posted so someone else may find this useful in the future as it seems I'm not the only car with these mods and a tune to get this problem when the weather turns cold.
