I've never used the UpRev software, but, if it's like most programs, the maps will stored in a folder on the HDD. Exactly where can be a lot of places, so your best bet may be to search for a filename. Once you find the map(s), you _should_ be able to copy them to floppy/thumb drive/&c and then copy/import to the new install, but I can't guarantee you'll be able to get UpRev to recognize them.

UpRev Tech Support should be able to give you a better answer.
