Default Question for an improved ride

Hi All,
Advice please, here in New Zealand our roads are, shall we say not the smoothest !!,I have noticed that sometimes the rear end of my 370Z roadster can feel a little "unsettled" on some corners that have a road surface that is bumpy or undulating.
I don't use the car on the track etc,and prefer a comfortable ride to a hard or firm one,I am wondering if the car would benefit from a change in shock absorber?,however I have not seen any replacement shocks for the 370Z available without a coil over system.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Cheers from NZ.
