Your best bet for a nice scale size is the Maisto 1:24 diecast. Problem is I don't think they made a black one. The only black 370z in a decent size casting is the J-collection 1:43 scale from Nissan. Or at least all that I've found so far. If you want to go smaller like a 1:64 (hot wheel size) the Tomica Limited is the best.

Unfortunately 370z toys in general are limited and nice size diecast versions even more so. I'm still waiting on a 1:18 to be available.
