Someone on the forums pointed me to D&V and I will literally never take my car anywhere else for custom stuff/bodywork (although they won't mess with your headlights).
Also, they're not exactly "close". I live in Germantown, MD and D&V is in Sterling, VA. It's a good hour plus drive each direction - but so worth it.
