What up, who reads these?
What up all. I'm just outside Memphis, TN. I just recently took an interst to the 370z. I've always been an away fan of the 350 (non-owner), but was never in a position to own. Now, after a few years of hard work, I find myself in a position this April (VW lease will finally be up) to get in a higher level car than I'm accustomed to. A week or two ago I was a 100% go on an Infiniti G37 Sedan with some goodies, but recently I've been torn between the infiniti and the Nissan. I'm sure I'll be happy with either choice, but I'm curious to hear other's opinions of the two vehicles. Here's a quick list of my thoughts on both:
G37 Sedan
Pros
Interrior will blow away the Z, 7" screen included whether you get navi or not.
capability to drive coworker/friends around
same great engine
cons
not nearly as flashy (outside appearance)
heavier
won't fair as well in curvy driving due to length
Z Coupe
Pros
panty droppin exterior
obviously more sport oriented
Porshe ability at Nissan monies
serious amounts of mod capability
Cons
Shorter Warranty (hey I'm getting close to 30, concerns change)
Can't bring anyone along (could be a positive?)
interior isn't all that great (i'm not really into the pods and the LED gas gauge)
