^^^ The solution is a solid plastic backing, painted whatever color or with a circle of thin CF sheet adhered to it.
Basically were talking about chopping up coffee can lids and either using paint or buying this stuff to go on it

I think 3M makes one with real cf also, but that's what I found after quick search.
EVO-R could offer this. If not, in the future folks could buy the one without a back and make their own.
If mine falls apart, I'll just make my own (though it would be nice if EVO-R could fix this problem and make up for it...)
