Question is, do they have them on sale in the US?
Edit: They do! I was too lazy to google.

Now the question comes into this: How well do the Sessanta perform compared to Hankook Ventus V12s?

Based on my 5 minute research into it, I've come to answer my own questions. If your road conditions aren't optimal (i.e., Los Angeles roads), you're better off getting the Ventus V12s. They're more for a comfortable, quiet experience, compared the the Sessantas. If you really don't care about comfort and its all about the grip/handling/responsiveness, you can opt to go for the Sessantas. Its still a quiet, comfy tire, just not as much as the Hankooks.
