Default Just bought new 2012 top problems

I just bought my new z this week and twice after it has been parked in 90 degree heat. I have started it up and after a 1/4 mile or so of driving down the road the light that shows the top is not down completely flash and a beep sounds. I have check the truck to make sure it is closed and I have opened the top. Also I notice on both sides of the top a bump in the material at the end of the first support rail. I opened the top just enough to see under the top material and noticed that there is a velco piece with a small hard plastic strip glued to the velco which is also glued the the inside of the top material. I live in a area that is hot it appears that the glue is melting and this is eating the form on the headliner. Any body have any ideas.
