I'm going out on a limb and guess this is more of a cool factor issue than anything else.
This will increase your performance on your current brakes:
Z1 370Z / G37 Brake Upgrade Package (Non-Sport Models)
this will make you look the part:
BLUE Aluminum Endless Brake Caliper Cover Kit 2pcs | eBay
You can spend around $600 and improve the brakes you have and another few $$ on fake covers or can totally fake it and ONLY get covers.
