I don't have any pictures, but it actually came out awesome. If you take the boot collar and flip it the opposite direction and re-attach with a zip tie it holds the boot in the perfect spot for the knob while also giving it a finished look. I messed around with a bunch of different collars but the OEM one upside down ended up working out the best.
