This may be too late, but....
Recently, I bought a 12k mile CPO 2011 Touring/Sport/Nav/6MT/Roadster for right around $34.5k after all dealer BS fees and whatnot, but not including sales tax which, of course, varies by locale.
What you're looking at is a year older, no sport, no nav, I'd target $28k or less after dealer BS fees on the car you've described.
