There is a Kumho KU36 here in Oz which is a good "fast road" tyre ... good enough for track work (maybe 3 seoonds off the pace of a full R-Spec tyre) but I got 25,000Klics out of a set. Direzza Star Spec gives better track day grip at maybe a 2 seconds off R-Specs

if you scroll down to KU36. I suspect that these will be similar to what you are looking at. Their big beneft (here at least) is their price ,... about 75% the cost of Dunlops, BridgeRocks or Yoki's.

If you are using standard width wheels (8" in front and 9" in rear) your best option for tyres is 245/40R18 and 275/35R18 - they drop the car about 20mm and your speedo will read 9% over, but they are a good option for life -vs- grip and a good price.
