Thank you for your patience gentlemen (and women?). I have poured over the designs, literally quadruple checking each calculation. I apologize for the time involved, but I have to make sure things are perfect the first time.
I have sent off the designs for component quoting and should have the hard pricing in a couple forms by Friday.

(Note: I've decided to change the mounting hardware from the button type socket head cap screw that is shown to a short fine-thread stud with the appropriate nut and lock washer.)
