^Good luck taking advice from him. With your logic, you can't possibly get ticketed for anything unless you get into an accident then. Few easy examples that doesn't fall into those '3 basic common laws', but you will easily get ticketed for;
-No front plate
-Rolling stop @ a stop sign
-Speeding
-Street racing

The list can go on and on and none of it will fall into any of those 3 points you mentioned unless it reaches a very extreme case. Of course the no front plate thing can never fall into any of those points.. but you still get a $118 ticket for it.

No sh*t traffic was light at 2:30am, but I'm almost 100% sure that the driver of the Amuse 370z could easily handle that speed. If I'm not mistaken, he tracks his car as well? We all know that 160km/h feels like nothing in this car
