I believe it's c*nt rags like those that create "phantom" traffic. I'm sure everyone knows what I'm talking about - those moments when traffic comes to a halt in the morning and you imagine that someone MUST have died to stop traffic like this. Only to find that 30 minutes traffic just mysteriously vanishes like a fart in the wind...

What I hate about LA is driving not 60, but 85 MPH with a car in the the fast lane ahead of me, and some
jerk is tailgating a foot off my bumper. I let him by and he goes the 40 feet or so ahead of me to tailgate the new fellow ahead of him. I pull in behind him and now a
new jerk is tailgating me.
