In May of 2010 I bought a 2009 Touring/sport/Nav for $32,900 with 25 miles on it, or $7,400 below invoice. It seems you are in the same boat only it's July, two months later. I'd say you are closer to $34,000. Maybe my dealer just wanted space and or money.
