That is probably one of the old Nissan tricks that they pull with the part numbers from time to time. The covers are identical from what I recall. Just an example, Nissan Motorsports lists the same part number for the Finned NISMO Diff Cover
(which is really not a NISMO part at all, but a Middle Eastern/Austrailian spec part) for all VQ platforms. They just re-number the OE boxes....
