Ok I think I figured out why the video was jumpy like that. When I was uploading the video to YouTube, it gave me an option to "stabilize" the video because it detected some camera movement. I said yes and I think that's what made it so weird. Just watched the original video file on my computer and it's smooth and not jumpy at all. I guess I'll have to keep this in mind the next time I upload a video.
