yah, even comes with free scratches and swirls, free screws missing on lower tray, free grease marks... free overfill.
most oil changes are done by part-timer even at the dealer these days. i think they started this kind of service about 10yrs ago and becoming very popular to compete vs quick lube places. especially the places where they say 'no appointment needed.' they aren't ASE certified techs doing the work, only managed by them.
not that oil changes requires ASE certification...
